The leather journal is beautiful, well-made, and feels very high quality. The leather is thick and sturdy, with a clean, chic look. I ordered it as a sentimental gift with a personalized quote, and the finished product turned out exactly as I had envisioned! The seller was responsive when I reached out and provided a preview before production. However, the initial design had some formatting issues, with words split across two lines, so I needed to follow up to ensure the layout was correct. I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail and proactive communication throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with the final product and the quality of the craftsmanship.
