Shipping & Returns Policy

For Orders up to $75, a flat fee of $10 will be applied and you can expect delivery within 5-8 business days

Orders $75 and up get free shipping.

For Express Shipping, a flat fee of $25 applies. Orders ship within 1-3 business days after proof approval (where applicable) or after order confirmation if no proof is required.

Note: Express shipping applies to delivery speed only and does not affect production time.

To get your item on time, please verify design proofs sent on your email (when requested) as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: An email will be sent to you with the shipping details once your order has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder as the email might have been re-directed there.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:  Production time is usually 1-3 business days after proof approval for custom Gifts. 

Once ready, expect delivery within 5-8 business days (Standard) or 1-3 business days (Express).

Returns

Q: Can I return or exchange a custom made / personalized piece? 

A:  We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Happy Gifts. All products are custom-made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. All custom items are final sale. Please report any defects within 7 days of delivery with photos to hello@everydayleather.ca. We will be happy to replace the item for you.
