Shipping & Returns Policy

Canada
For Orders up to $75, a flat fee of $10 will be applied and you can expect delivery within 5-8 business days

Orders $75 and up get free shipping.

For Express Shipping, a flat fee of $25 applies. Orders ship within 1-3 business days after proof approval (where applicable) or after order confirmation if no proof is required.

USA
A flat shipping rate of $18 applies and shipping will take 5-7 business days.  Shipments will arrive duty-free.  No further charges will be required upon delivery. 

Rest of the World 
A flat shipping rate of $16 applies.  
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery and these will be shouldered by the buyer.  Standard shipping takes about 2-3 weeks.

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: An email will be sent to you with the shipping details once your order has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder as the email might have been re-directed there.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:  Production time is usually 1-3 business days after proof approval for custom Gifts. 

Once ready, expect delivery within 5-8 business days (Standard) or 1-3 business days (Express) for Canada and the USA.  For all other countries, please expect delivery in 2-3 weeks.

Returns

Q: Can I return or exchange a custom made / personalized piece? 

A:  We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Everyday Leather. All products are custom-made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. All custom items are final sale. Please report any defects within 7 days of delivery with photos to happy@everydayleather.ca. We will be happy to replace the item for you.
